Here comes another year of the famous Annual Tournament of Roses Parade to be held in Pasadena California.
The 123rd Rose Parade will be on Monday January 2, 2012. You might be wondering why this falls on the 2nd day of the year and why not on the 1st day as it usually does. This is simply explained by its tradion "Never On Sunday". 2012 New Years day fell on Sunday so the parade was moved on the 2nd day as the tradion dictates.
The event will start at 8 a.m. PT (11 a.m. ET) on Monday. This year's theme is "Just Imagine". Thousands of people from all over the world come to visit california to grace this event. |
