American Idol season 10 kicks off tonight January 19, 2011 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm with its 2 brand new judges Jennifer Lopez and Steven Tyler. The show hosted by Ryan Seacrest premiers tonight and tomorrow night Thursday from 8:00 pm - 9:00 pm on Fox Broadcasting Company Channel 11 in Los Angeles local channel.

Idol has fewer judges this season compared from last year where the show had 4 judges to include Simon Cowell, Kara Dioguardi, Ellen Degeneres and Randy Jackson. Randy was the only judge who still remain in his Idol seat.

Aside from the changes of the panel of judges, changes of the age limit and intro graphic of the show have also been made. The age limit has been lowered to age 15.
