The earth is shaken every now and then but only those tremors with higher magnitudes creates a buzz worldwide.
The vibration and trembling of the earth's surface maybe caused and triggered by underground movements along fault lines which sometimes creates cracks and holes on the earth's crust depending on the severity of the tremor.

Universal time Standard is based on a 24 hour clock where the numeric counting doesn't stop at 12:00. The counting advances to the succeeding number which is 13:00 and continues until it reaches 24:00 which ended the 24 hour cycle.
